The Mayor’s Office role is to assist the Mayor in exercising his mandate. It assures liaison between departments and elected representatives. Mayor’s Secretariat handles mail for the Mayor and his schedule. The Mayor’s Secretariat is open to the public from Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM.
