First Urban Community of the southern Alpes, the DLVA was created on 1srt January 2013.

Chaired by the Mayor of Manosque, Bernard Jeanmet Peralta, Durance Luberon Verdon Agglomération is a territory of 26 municipalities : Allemagne-en-Provence, Brunet, Corbières, Entrevennes, Esparron-de-verdon, Gréoux-les-Bains, La Brillanne, Le Castellet, Manosque, Montagnac-Montpezat, Montfuron, Oraison , Pierrevert, Puimichel, Puimoisson, Quinson, Riez, Roumoules, Saint-Laurent-du-Verdon, Saint-Maime, Saint-Martin-de-Brômes, Sainte-Tulle, Valensole, Villeneuve, Vinon-sur-Verdon, Volx.
