The youth policy of the town of Manosque is part of a wider project with the Durance Luberon Verdon district, associations, and the national department for education.
Thanks to this collaboration, three youth services have been created: the Maison de la Jeunesse et de la Culture, the Bureau d’Information Jeunesse, and the Centre d’Information et d’Orientation.
Maison de la Jeunesse et de la Culture – Centre for youth and culture
Created in 1996, the MJC la Maison des Jeunes et de la Culture is an association which provides local entertainment and activities, and cultural and artistic events, etc. The MJC proposes practical artistic and recreational workshops, a music venue, a rehearsal studio, and a recording studio.
